I'm being bullied

Bullying is a really difficult thing to go through. It can happen to anyone at any age.  

Nobody has the right to hurt you or make you feel bad. If you are being bullied, you don’t have to deal with it alone. 

Signs you are being bullied

Bullying can mean many different things and can come in several forms. It may include someone

  • calling you names
  • putting you down or humiliating you
  • teasing you
  • pushing, hitting, kicking or physically hurting you
  • taking your money or damaging things you own
  • spreading rumours about you
  • ignoring you or leaving you out of activities
  • threatening or intimidating you
  • forcing you to do things when you don’t want to 

How to get help

If you think you are being bullied, you need to tell someone that you can trust like a parent, friend, teacher or relative. Sometimes it’s hard to tell someone about bullying but it is the best and quickest way to get help. You should:
